Terms & Conditions

• The referral gift detailed in this scheme is a net payment. Ortus Agency is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.
• The referee is eligible for a £25 referral gift of an Activity Superstore Experience Voucher if the referred person is placed in a temporary position through Ortus Agency.
• The referee is eligible for a £100 referral gift of an Activity Superstore Experience Voucher if the referred person is placed in a permanent position through Ortus Agency.
• The referred person must commence their temporary assignment or permanent position at an Ortus Agency client within four months of you referring them to Ortus Agency, otherwise you will not eligible for the referral gift.
• The referred party must complete three months of permanent employment before the referrer is eligible to receive the specified gift.
• The referred party must complete two weeks of their temporary assignment through Ortus Agency before the referrer is eligible to receive the specified gift.
• In the event that Ortus Agency is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, then you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
• The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this scheme in the event that the referred person is already on the Ortus Agency database at the date of referral or if Ortus Agency have already received their details but have not yet entered them on the database.
• The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Ortus Agency for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. The referee will indemnify Ortus Agency for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent.
• It is the referee's responsibility to contact their Ortus Agency consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
• Referrals will be accepted up until midnight December 31st, 2007. Any referrals made after this date will not be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
• Candidates can only be referred to Ortus Agency once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Ortus Agency more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to Ortus Agency (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
• Permanent employees and contract and temporary workers working directly for The EMR Group are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
• The referee agrees that Ortus Agency will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of the Activity Superstore Experience Voucher and that the referee exercises such experiences wholly at their own risk.
